James M. Urzedowski
James Urzedowski is a patent attorney focusing on protecting innovation relating to medical devices, computer technologies, and general mechanical inventions. James started as a patent attorney with the law firm of Vidas, Arrett & Steinkraus P.A. where he helped Boston Scientific (Scimed) advance and maintain their medical device portfolio. In addition, James has worked with individual inventors and small companies in a wide variety of technical fields: from plants to robotic manufacturing lines; from hunting decoys to fishing hooks. In addition to patent applications and prosecution, James has aided his clients in all areas of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and licensing agreements.
James particularly enjoys working with individuals to develop their ideas into commercially viable products, regardless of patentability. James has joined Beck Tysver Evans to continue developing his practice and to work directly with inventors and businesses who are passionate about their ideas.
